All Day rental, visitors must walk from the parking area (1,500 up to 2,500 feet)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This reservation is for the rented Event Area only. Park entrance fee is not included. Fee is $2.00 per person
  • Provide specific time of event
  • When utilizing outside vendors $250.00 fee must be applied to contract for clean up fee.
  • Payment for reservation is 50% when contract is signed
  • Decorations can be hung with tape only (no attaching to painted walls). NO nails, staples, push pins, screws, glue and etc.
  • Balloons are prohibited. Throwing confetti, rice, real/artificial flowers and/or the release of live birds and butterflies is prohibited. Bubbles can be used as an alternative.
  • Metal detectors, fireworks, swimming pools, and feeding wildlife is prohibited.
  • Alcohol beverages require a Certificate of Insurance, and a Catering License (CR13)
  • Please keep music at a low volume that will not infringe on other park visitors
  • Blocking walkways or access areas is not permitted. Park visitors have access to all areas except the facility you rent at the time
  • Well behaved pets on handheld 6ft leash are welcome at outdoor spaces, but not permitted in boats or buildings
  • This is an outdoor facility, be prepared for some steep, rough terrain and uneven walkways.
  • Springs Side parking is 1700 to 3000 feet away from rented space. The only entrance is through the busy toll booth. Please plan to arrive early.
  • The renter is responsible for adherence to park rules and clean up after use. Some special prior to the reservation and agreed to in writing. Fees may apply.
  • Please inform your guests before they arrive at the park of this contract.
