The Mansion (Capacity 125) – Lush and spacious, the Twin Oaks Mansion Area can accommodate a large group with ease. This plantation style venue is capable of high level sound and audio productions. The facility boats two enclosed air-conditioned wings with french doors that open up to the patio and main stage area, which overlook a four acre, multipurpose lawn.
The Boat Dock (100) – Back dropped by the celebrated Silver River, the Boat Dock is a covered space situated just steps from the Town Center. Featuring 19th century design work and inspiration, the awnings, natural wood ceilings, brick accents and stained glass skylights chaperone the crystal clear water below. Especially beautiful for evening events, the Boat Dock’s interior can be lit for elegant ambiance.
The Banquet Room (350-400) – Our newly renovated Banquet Room tenders expanded room size and glass wrap-around windows that overlook the spring. With direct access to two ready rooms for bridal party access, the facility also includes a state-of-the-art warming room, capable of providing high quality catering events. Available winter 2016.
The Lawns (500) – Designed to accommodate a large number of guests and ideal for open air seating events, the Lawns at Silver Springs provide the natural contours our park is famous for. Choose between several locations that overlook scenic views of the river, the surrounding park, the spring head or the shapely gardens.
The Mammoth Deck (150) – Our most popular wedding location, The Mammoth Deck overlooks the storied mammoth spring. With scenery that includes turquoise spring water and the essence of native landscape, The Mammoth Deck is ideal for both its furnishings and proximity. Located between our patio and boat dock, the central location of The Deck is ideal for event breakout sessions, comfortably able to host your cocktail reception or tapas hour.
We will provide 200 chairs. A rental fee will apply for additional chairs.
One hour rehearsal in included in event rental at no charge. The rehearsal must be scheduled by our wedding coordinator and must be within park hours of 8:30 AM – 7 PM
Additional a la carte items available for rental: photographer, decorations, florals, linens, bar, music/DJ.
